Cartoon giraffe fiberglass resin sculpture indoor ornament is created for interior environments, featuring a lightweight yet durable fiberglass resin structure suitable for hotels, exhibition halls, showrooms, and commercial display spaces. With its playful giraffe form and finely finished surface, the sculpture creates strong visual interest and adds a cheerful decorative accent to the space.
Fiberglass sculpturen worden geproduceerd via een zorgvuldig gecontroleerd productieproces. Eerst wordt een schuimmodel gemaakt met behulp van 3D-modellering en snijtechnieken. Vervolgens worden gips- en linnenlagen op het oppervlak van het schuimmodel aangebracht, samen met een interne ondersteunende structuur. Zodra het gips volledig is uitgehard, wordt de schuimkern verwijderd, waardoor de mal voor de glasvezelsculptuur ontstaat.
Vervolgens wordt glasvezeldoek in de mal aangebracht en verzadigd met hars. Dit proces wordt meerdere keren herhaald om de vereiste dikte en structurele sterkte te bereiken, met indien nodig extra interne versteviging. Na volledige uitharding wordt de sculptuur uit de mal verwijderd en ondergaat deze oppervlaktebehandeling, waaronder schuren en detailverfijning, om een gladde en verfijnde afwerking te garanderen. De laatste stap omvat schilderen en kleuren om het gewenste visuele effect te bereiken.
